I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’ll be happy to make the adjustment with no additional charge.

Service payments are non-refundable. 

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a rebooking fee per service does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I’ll have to ask you to reschedule to another day. A late cancellation fee will apply. Please give me a call or text if you’re running behind. If I’m not completely booked, I’ll do what we can to accommodate the time change if possible.
